Yas! I almost feel bad for all those things I've said about New Jersey. Almost.

The count in Jersey is going SLOW. Jeeze. Only at 8% and the voting has been closed for an hour. Don't even get me started on the Dakotas/New Mexico not even started reporting yet.

Hills has an early lead in S. Dakota & N. Mexico. If she gets those, plus Jersey, and can claim California, what a great end to the campaign.

So Bernie gets Montana, and potentially N. Dakota?

A lot of them are independents who just voted for Bernie to block Hillary. The true democrats will line up, because Trump, but expect stories of 'true Bernie supporters' voting for Trump, when that was the plan all along.

I would like 2 things to come from this election:

1. Cancel all caucuses and turn them into primaries.
2. Close all primaries to only registered party members.

Agree 100%.  Primaries promote voter participation.  You want to help choose a nominee then you should be a MEMBER of that party.

This is a great speech by trump, if I have never heard of him and I didnt know he was a racist, I might consider him, he knows how to get people fired up. Only problem is there's no real details on how he's going to achieve this

While I totally agree, I think the majority of democrats want to open all primaries.

You really just end up opening it up to people who could, conceivably, band together to defeat a particular candidate they believe might do better in a general election against their preferred candidate. A little discussed topic here is the donations Bernard received when he first declared for the presidency from Tea Party groups. If you want to have a say, then join the party where you want your voice to be heard. I know Bernard is pushing for the opposite, but I hope they hold their ground on that one.
Caucuses need to fuck right off the map though.

Wait, wtf?
North Dakota vote totals are not actual votes cast, but are state convention delegates won. North Dakota's national convention delegates are not bound to the results of the June 7 caucus.

Bernard projected winner of ND. I'm confused as to why none of the counties are colored in?

Caucus, not primary, and votes are for convention delegates, not for candidates, apparently.

Yet another weird ass primary election. We really need uniformity across the country for this kind of shit, tbh.

Also, in the spirit of borrowing something from the Repulsicans, Democratic primaries should be winner-take-all.
