WorkedFromHome[/VevoCertified] yesterday. I started my morning running 5 miles at a manageable 5 mph speed, level 5 incline and finished w/ a few Ab roller exercises. I then went home and worked for about 5 hours. I entered beast mode for my second workout, gol, and hit the weight bench...worked on arms, back, and then ran another 2 mile run at the same speed/level as the morning. Finished my 2nd workout with ab roller exercises ofc. Afterwards, I Steami'd my body whilst listening to Iggy Iggz and Migos in the steamroom (no #SRN appearance, although I did catch him blowing his nose in the lockeroom in the morning gol) and followed that steam session with a quick 5 minute Vitamin D packed tanning session of only my body (face covered with a mini towel).
I'd say I f***ing won a lot yesterday w/ that kind of schedulelena! Finished my evening visiting AB and played 15 minutes of Super Mario Oddyssey on the Switch. Walky, are you jealous or f***ing what?!!
